Job Description

Star Concord Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support & Documentation Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess experience in import/export documentation processing and preferably be an entry-level professional in Logistics or Freight Forwarding.

Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, maintaining relationships with carriers and customers, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.

This full-time position offers a salary range of RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month.
