Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support professional who is fluent in both Mandarin and English. As a member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understanding and effectively communicating product information, features, and troubleshooting steps to customers.
- Providing technical support and resolving customer issues by troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
