Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Cantonese and English to join our team. As a bilingual customer support representative, you will be responsible for assisting our Cantonese-speaking customers with their inquiries and providing them with excellent service.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Cantonese and English, be customer-oriented, and able to resolve issues effectively. Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
