Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support professional who is fluent in both Cantonese and English. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Cantonese-speaking clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, both written and verbal
