Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Associate (Thai Speaker) to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Thai-speaking customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with product information, account inquiries, and order status updates.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction details in our CRM system.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of our products and services are a plus.
