Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Associate who is fluent in Cantonese to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Cantonese-speaking customers.
Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product information. You will be communicating with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English. You should also have a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure our associates have the knowledge and skills to excel in their role.
