Job Description
Shui Xing Ventures Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Admin to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently. You will also maintain records, coordinate inventory, and generate reports to improve service quality.
Requirements include 1-3 years of experience in customer support or administration, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms. Proficiency in English is required, Mandarin preferred.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM1,600.00 – RM2,450.00 per month.
