Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist with proficiency in Mandarin to join our team. As Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in the Mandarin-speaking market.
You will be the main point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking customers, assisting them in resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, providing product knowledge and expertise, and ensuring their success with our products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support in Mandarin
- Providing onboarding and training to new customers
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication
- Identifying growth opportunities and upselling our products and services
