A Customer Success Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. They build strong relationships with customers, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. This role involves proactive communication with customers, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new customers, conducting product demonstrations, and providing training.
• Assisting customers with technical issues and troubleshooting.
