Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs as well as recommend possible products to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Refer issues and questions to team members if necessary.
- Daily posting on social media – WhatsApp status & Instagram story.
- Google review and take a patient photo.
- Update statistics (Stats) inquiry form every day.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Prepare a PPT slides of patient information for the doctor’s module.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirement:
- Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or any field related.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Good time management and organizing skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Proficient in using basic Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
