Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of sales orders from the sales team and customers.
- Coordinating with the warehouse and logistics department to ensure on-time delivery.
- Supporting the sales team in sales order processing.
- Arranging available stock transfers from the system.
- Preparing ordering documents like Sales Order (SO), Delivery Order (DO), and Invoice.
- Preparing sales ordering reports and monthly sales reports.
- Managing sales order department emails and daily assignment of ordering processes.
- Providing assistance with ad hoc duties as and when required.
