Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Services Executive to join CJ Century Logistics for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while managing and tracking KPIs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting job progress, liaising with various departments, and maintaining customer relations.
Requirements: at least 1 year of experience in a logistics environment, proficiency in computer skills, and fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In Person
