Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Chemmart Asia Sdn Bhd. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- To handle inquiries from customers through calls and emails
- To manage and process quotations from customers
- Handle and send sales orders, cash sales, and invoices to customers
- Handle customer complaints, such as product issues, and submit complaint forms to suppliers
- To handle and follow up bank slips for cash sales and sales orders
- Coordinate courier service or arrange for own collection
- Liaise with customers on return poison forms, cash sales, delivery notes (DN), and others
- To handle and resolve price issues, packing sizes, and other issues on Purchase Orders (PO)
- Work closely with internal departments to address customer order inquiries and deliveries
- Provide alternative solutions to customers in case of item delays or backorders
- Follow up on supplier requests for End User Declaration (EUD) forms, poison licenses, and end users’ POs
