Job Descriptions:
- To handle incoming incoming calls and manage walk-in customers.
- Inquiries and complaints handling.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate quotations into SAP system.
- Ad-hoc request when is necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in related study field
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Multitasking, organized and with a pleasant personality.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Tools (mainly Outlook, Excel, Word)
