Job Description

West Coast Expressway Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and providing support as needed.

Record and update daily site maintenance activities.
Conduct monthly inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
Be on standby for 24-hour emergency responses.
Ensure all maintenance vehicles are serviced as scheduled.
Report and respond to highway emergencies efficiently.

Requirements: Diploma/Certificate in Engineering, minimum 2 years’ maintenance experience, valid Class D and GDL driving license.
