Job Description
Flash Malaysia Express is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Supervisor. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and ensure the smooth operations of our customer service department.
Responsibilities:
- Guidance and training of local customer service and standardize the process of local customer service
- Handle various complaints and emergencies in a timely manner
- Responsible for combing, optimizing, and improving the front-end and back-end processes of the company’s customer service department
- Handle customer complaints, keep work records, coordinate follow-up processing with various departments, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare weekly and monthly work reports and performance appraisals
- Report and follow up on abnormal outlets to the operations department
- Supervise the timely completion of work orders and improve their quality
Job Type:

Salary:
RM3,800.00 – RM6,300.00 per month
