Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints, answering and screening phone calls, processing orders, providing information about the products and services, troubleshooting and resolving product issues, and updating customer records. Qualifications include previous customer service experience, ability to build rapport with clients, ability to prioritize and multitask, positive and professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills. Requirements include experience in distribution, high school diploma or equivalent, and prior customer service experience. Job type is full-time with a salary range of RM1,487.29 – RM3,680.67 per month. Benefits include health insurance and vision insurance. Working schedule includes day and night shifts. Additional pay types include 13th month salary and attendance bonus. Education preference is STM/STPM. Experience requirement is 1 year as a Customer Care Specialist. Ability to commute to Desa Park City is required.
