Job Overview
- Salary RM4,500-RM6,500
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Manage customer inquiries and related issues.
- Process orders, bookings, and invoices accurately.
- Monitor online orders and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain Customer Master Data accurately.
- Act as primary point of contact for supply chain operations.
- Build effective customer relationships.
- Provide market feedback and reports.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- 3-4 years experience in relevant fields.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP and MS.Excel preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Immediate full-time positions available.
