About the Role:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Handle calls, messages, and live chats.
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets.
Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification, 6 months call centre experience (fresh grads welcome), English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
Contract Type: 12 months, RM2,400.00 – RM3,100.00 per month.
