Job Description
Position: Customer Service
Company: Shipping Sdn Bhd
Working Days: 5 days – Monday to Friday
Location: Bandar Baru Klang
Nature of Business: Established shipping & logistic solution to the customer
Responsibilities:
- Handling and communicating with customers regarding shipping & logistic issues
- Analyzing nature of goods, transit times, and security requirements to select optimal shipment methods
- Preparing and monitoring sailing schedules, freight booking, and shipping documentation
- Processing customer orders and enquiries accurately
- Liaising with shippers, consignees, and overseas agents for delivery updates
- Assisting in customs declaration with K1 and K2 forms
- Generating reports and documentation for internal use
- Handling ad hoc issues as assigned by management
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma/Degree
– Willingness to learn and possess a good attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,600.00 per month
