Job Description
- Nature of Business: IT service and solution provider
- Location: Sime UEP Subang, Industrial Park Subang (Must have own transport)
- Salary Range: RM2,100 – RM2,500 (Not including allowance)
- Degree holder starting from RM2,200 above (Based on experience)
- Diploma holder starting from RM2,100 above (Based on experience)
- Working Days: Normal day & normal working hours (5 days | 9am- 6pm)
Requirements:
- Fresh grads with good communication in English/good results in English subject/communication skills.
- Call center experience advantage.
Job description:
- Will assist customers via calls/email related to the products for troubleshooting.
- Checking the warranty for particular IT products.
- Provides quotations to customers on servicing costs.
- Follow up and assist customer inquiries.
- Will coordinate with other engineers related to product services required by customers.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,100.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
