Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and professional assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts, including processing orders and providing accurate information.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant information in our system.

Requirements:
