Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and professional assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and exceeding their expectations.
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts, including processing orders and providing accurate information.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant information in our system.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
