Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide and display excellent customer service skills when attending to enquiries and complaints from customers.
- Ensure that enquiries and problems are solved within the given timeframe and follow up with the customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the information counter at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Applicants must be willing to work 6 days a week and be based in Damansara Utama.
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotating shifts according to shopping mall operating hours.
- Good customer service mindset, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and good team player.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
