Job Description
Rembau Cargo & Packing Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional for our Sea Freight department. Key responsibilities include liaising with overseas agents and clients, handling sea freight pricing and operations, and managing shipment details. You will also plan logistics, ensure compliance with invoices, and maintain effective communication with clients.
This full-time, permanent position is ideal for fresh graduates. The salary ranges from RM1,700.00 to RM3,00.00 per month, with benefits such as a flexible schedule, maternity leave, and meal allowances. We prefer candidates with customer service experience and the ability to converse in Bahasa.
