Job Description

My E.G. Services Berhad is seeking a dedicated individual for the Customer Service (Roadtax Renewal) position. Responsibilities include:

• Contacting customers to explain insurance benefits.
• Persuading customers to purchase insurance services.
• Providing vehicle insurance quotations via email.
• Managing customer calls and emails professionally.

Qualifications: SPM/STPM/Diploma, proficient in computer use, excellent communication skills. Training provided.

Job Type: Permanent/Contract (6 months)

Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00 per month

Location: Petaling Jaya (In-person)
