Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Vietnamese to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Vietnamese-speaking customers.
In this role, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns they may have, and assist them with product or service-related questions. You will communicate with customers primarily via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
To excel in this position, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English. You should also have a friendly and empathetic demeanor, as well as the ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Full training will be provided to the chosen candidate to ensure their success in this role.
