Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Tiger Gadget as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will serve customers by providing product information and resolving issues through WhatsApp and Instagram. You’ll attract potential customers by addressing their queries and suggesting our range of products.
Your responsibilities will include following up with potential customers, updating new products on our marketplace and website, and contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience. You will perform other tasks assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
