Job Description

Location: Menara Mesiniaga, Subang Jaya (Near LRT & MRT Subang Jaya) – Physical Interview
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat.
- Assist with customer inquiries.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- SPM qualification or higher.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Open to Malay, Indian, and Chinese candidates.
- Age below 40 years old.
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month.
