Job Description

SRG Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries, account management, and resolving complaints. Your responsibilities include assisting with payments, providing advisory services on energy efficiency, and managing crisis situations.

Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree, ability to commute or relocate to Petaling Jaya. Working hours are rotational shifts, with a salary of RM 2,200.00 to RM 2,400.00 per month, plus benefits.
