Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inquiries via outbound calls. Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least SPM, be fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia, and excellent communication skills are a must.
