Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Shopee as a Customer Service Representative! Manage incoming buyer chats, ensure exceptional service delivery, and resolve user issues effectively.
Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, owning customer concerns, and improving processes. This is a 12-month contract with a salary of RM2,400.00 – RM2,500.00 monthly. Work hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, 5 days a week.
