Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer interactions, acting as a liaison to address complaints professionally. You will monitor the progress of customer issues, manage the outlet environment, coordinate appointments, and maintain refreshments.
Job Requirements:
Applicants should have at least SPM/Diploma in relevant fields. Fresh graduates are welcome, while experience in customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
