Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Cantonese and English languages. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our diverse client base.
Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. You will handle a wide range of customer interactions through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese and English. You should be able to effectively understand and address customer concerns while ensuring a professional and respectful interaction at all times.
Having strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask will be key to delivering timely and effective solutions to our customers. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in handling multilingual customers, will be highly regarded.
