Responsibilities:

• Handling all inbound calls and live chat regarding customer enquiries, feedback, and product-related issues.
• Exceeding customer service expectations by providing accurate information.
• Working collaboratively to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Recording customer feedback and maintaining call logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin.
• 1 year experience in the service industry preferred, fresh graduates welcome with full training provided.
• Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor.
