Industry: E-commerce & Trading (Rotation shift hour and work from home)

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and concerns professionally while liaising with clients in Mandarin. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of telemarketing experience.

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma, with at least 2 years in customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints efficiently.
• Engage with customers via social media.
• Update customer records in our database.

Job Type: Permanent | Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00/month
