Job Description

IPG MALAYSIA is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

Identify and secure property listings from owners to meet rental demands.
Communicate and negotiate rental terms with property owners.
Maintain accurate records of unit status, including move-in dates.
Oversee property management tasks, ensuring timely maintenance.
Provide updates to property owners biannually.
Monitor rental payment collections and tenancy contract expirations.
Analyze rental market trends alongside marketing teams.

Salary Range: RM2,500 basic + commission (up to RM10,00)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
