Job Description

Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to Telco products.
- Maintain high product knowledge to support customer needs.
- Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Experience with Telco Products is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa (verbal and written).
- Minimum 6 months of inbound call center experience preferred.
- Able to work rotational shifts.
- Ages 18 – 45.
Pay: RM2,700.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
