Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional responses to player inquiries.
• Assist in troubleshooting gameplay, account, and payment issues.
• Guide players on game rules, strategies, and promotions.
• Document interactions and collaborate with teams.
• Monitor feedback to inform product improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in gaming.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Empathy and patience.
• Basic technical skills.

Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
