Job Description

Dukoo Media Sdn Bhd is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a great experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via TikTok Social Media.
Assist customers with product information and complaints.
Maintain polite and professional communication.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM/Diploma.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Positive attitude & team player.

Working Hours:

Mon-Sat, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
