Job Description
Role: Customer Service Representative (Malay + English)
Project: E-Commerce
Type: Permanent
Location: Prima 1, Block3507, Jalan Teknokrat 5, 6300 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Qualification: SPM and Above (Added advantage if have Call Center Experience)
Working Hours: From 8 AM – 12 AM (9 hours only) Will be rotated
Working Days: Monday – Sunday / 5 Days in a week (On rotational includes Weekend)
Off Days: 2 Days (On Rotational)
Salary: RM 2,025 basic + (RM 300- RM 500) KPI Allowance + Shift Allowances RM 200
