Job Description
Role: Customer Service – English
Note: This role is specifically for individuals with physical disabilities (FIZIKAL) who are OKU CARD holders.
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Salary: RM2400 basic + KPI allowance + Shift Allowance
Joining Date: Immediate joiner
Language Requirement: English – Malaysians
Work Hours: Rotational shift
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support and patient assistance.
- Respond to inquiries based on acquired knowledge.
- Provide effective support through active communication.
- Meet and exceed KPIs set by the company and client.
- Follow de-escalation processes for dissatisfied customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
