Job Description
- To handle customer inquiries pertaining to orders, shippings, payments, etc. via various eCommerce platforms (live chat, instant messaging, mobile, email, and/or face-to-face)
- Handle client e-commerce orders operation based on given instructions
- Serve our customers’ needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately, and professionally
- Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company
