Job Description
We provide traffic school, defensive driving, and driver improvement courses for multiple states. The courses are done entirely online.
As a customer service representative, you will be assisting customers over the phone and through email with questions related to the course and their traffic tickets. No cold calling is required.
Job Responsibilities Include:
– Answering incoming phone calls
– Responding to emails
– Resolving customer issues
– Data entry with great attention to detail
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
– Experience in customer service a plus
– Ability to learn quickly
– Great attention to detail
– Basic computer skills
– Superior verbal and written communication skills
– Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Business Hours:
– Mon – Fri: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– Sat – Sun: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We offer a flexible schedule, but weekend availability is required.

Salary: RM23.00 – RM45.00 per hour
