Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at BRAINHUNTERS WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. In this role, you will handle inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding our products.
Requirements: Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus), at least 1 year of service industry experience, and willingness to work rotational shifts. Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor.
