Job Description

Our client, Michael Page, a global MNC and a prominent leader in cargo solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to join their team. As the Customer Service (Order Management) role, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the team to uphold the company’s values and strategy.
  • Manage daily orders and communication, logging interactions into the CRM system.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for product, sales, and logistics information.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address key priorities such as finance, demand, logistics, and sales.
  • Monitor orders against available inventory and ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for customer deliveries.
  • Assist in accounts receivable for key accounts and address overdue invoices.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Drive improvement initiatives for enhanced customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Maintain updated record-keeping folders.
  • Attend daily meetings to report concerns and responsibilities assigned by the Customer Service Leader.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience in order management. Experience in logistics or 3PL industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ERP, CRM.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Malay.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently.
