ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Reply to every Lazada and Shopee chat promptly
– Serve customers online
– Be a good listener
– Possess empathy
– Understand the issues faced
– Avoid using negative or offensive language
– Provide the best solutions for the issues faced
REQUIREMENT :
– Positive, responsible, and able to communicate with customers
– At least 1 year of experience in a related field
