Job Description
The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for customers to inquire about order-related, web page navigation, and product issues. They must provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
This job offers insights into the day-to-day operations of the E-commerce industry in a Fashion Retail company, with exposure to Merchandising and Marketing in an eCommerce setting.
- Respond to customer queries via Email, Call, and WhatsApp
- Support customers on Social media and Marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada
- Assist with Returns, Exchanges, Defects, and Out of Stock orders
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries by providing knowledgeable answers and feedback
- Coordinate with internal logistics and 3PL partners
- Help in online order processing
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (preferred)
- 5 days work week, 9.30 am to 7 pm
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 – RM3,600.00 per month
