Job Description
IMMEDIATE JOINER ONLY
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding customer inquiries and feedback.
- Act as the first contact for technical inquiries.
- Provide excellent remote troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- No experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work rotational shifts.
- Available to start on June 19, 2024.
Salary Package: Up to RM3,200 per month including allowances.
