Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first level support to all phone / email inquiries while meeting service level and turnaround standards.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify inquiries / complaints, and resolve them promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments and escalate unresolved issues to the second level support team, ensuring all cases are followed through to closure.
- Engage and go the extra mile to satisfy customers’ needs to build customer loyalty.
- Maintain records of all conversations in the call center database for analysis and reporting purposes.
Salary Package: Basic up to RM 2500+ 200 Allowance
Operation Days/Hours: 5 days, 2 days off (Between Mon to Sat)
Sunday fixed off days
8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm, 10am – 7pm, 11am – 8pm (4 rotational shift)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,700.00 per month
