Job Description

Join Lincoln Energy Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Officer and be part of our dynamic team! You will handle customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and generate sales.

Respond to customer queries via email and WhatsApp, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive attitude. Candidates should possess at least an SPM/Certificate/Diploma and have 1-2 years of experience. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Full-time position with a starting pay of RM3,500.00 per month, located in-person.
